I missed my delivery. How can I reschedule it?

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, you may request for the item to be resent.

Please be informed that a new postage fee will be applied for rescheduling, as detailed below:

Postage Fees

  • Ninja Van: RM5.40 (Semenanjung) / RM6.40 (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • Pos Laju: RM7.50
