Eskayvie Nexus Policy

  1. Nexus Membership Requirements
Rights of Eskayvie Nexus Entrepreneurs
All registered Eskayvie Nexus entrepreneurs are entitled to sell Eskayvie products and participate in the Eskayvie Nexus marketing plan, as long as they comply with the policies. Eskayvie Nexus entrepreneurs can also refer or introduce new members to join the Eskayvie Nexus business.

Eligible Age
Individuals must be of legal age (18 years and above) to become an Eskayvie Nexus Entrepreneur. They are required to have an active bank account and a valid phone number.

  1. Membership
Only one membership per individual or entity can be registered in the Nexus System. Eskayvie Sdn Bhd’s top management, staff, and their spouses are not allowed to join Eskayvie Nexus. Eskayvie Nexus entrepreneurs must provide their identification card information, bank account number, and an active phone number. For foreign nationals, passport information, bank account number, and an active phone number must be provided.
Eskayvie Nexus entrepreneurs are prohibited from submitting any false or inaccurate information to Eskayvie Sdn Bhd. They must notify Eskayvie Sdn Bhd of any changes that affect their current information. Eskayvie Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately if false or inaccurate information is found to have been provided.

  1. Termination
Membership may be terminated if an Eskayvie Nexus Entrepreneur is directly or indirectly involved in disciplinary cases such as:
a) Changing the product selling price without obtaining approval from Eskayvie Sdn Bhd;
b) Violating the rules, code of conduct, marketing plan, or any Eskayvie Nexus Policies;
c) Carrying out any activities that negatively affect Eskayvie Sdn Bhd or harm the reputation of Eskayvie, whether directly or indirectly;
d) Making false claims related to Eskayvie Sdn Bhd, its products, marketing plan, top management, or Eskayvie Sdn Bhd staff.
