Where can I find my Proof of Delivery (POD)?
Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve your Proof of Delivery (POD) for your order via the Eskayvie website. To get your Proof of Delivery (POD) for your order, please Submit Ticket to our Customer Service.
When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is 1–3 working days for all locations. ⚠️ Note: Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or festive seasons.
